Once a tour is confirmed and payment is received, our cancellation policy applies due to administrative and logistical costs already incurred. For all confirmed tours, we immediately begin making travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, which are subject to their own cancellation policies.
• 30% of the total tour cost will be deducted if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to the date of travel.
• 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted if the cancellation is made between 30 and 14 days prior to the date of travel.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the date of travel.
