Your adventure begins with one of the world’s most scenic Himalayan flights into Paro, passing sacred peaks such as Mount Jomolhari and Jichu Drake—and, on clear days, Everest and Kanchenjunga.
From there, journey into Bhutan’s remote Dagala range, trekking across windswept ridges, glacial lakes, and ancient trade routes once used by nomads and yak herders.
Arrive at Paro International Airport and meet your guide.
Drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital, and visit:

Tashichho Dzong
Local craft bazaar
Check in to your hotel.
Overnight in Thimphu.
After breakfast, drive to Genekha Village to start your Dagala trek.
Hike through forested trails and open valleys, reaching a scenic viewpoint after about three hours.
Continue to Gur at approximately 4,300 m, surrounded by yak pastures.
Overnight camping near Gur.
Trek across rolling highlands with spectacular views of the Dagala Range and distant Himalayan giants including Kanchenjunga.
Rest in traditional herders’ huts along the way.
After about five hours and 12 km, arrive at the shimmering alpine lake Uthso Tsho, your campsite for the night.

Spend the day acclimatizing beside the serene lakes of Uthso Tsho.
Optional fishing experience available (must be arranged in advance).
Enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings.
Overnight camping.
Climb toward a panoramic viewpoint at 4,720 m, where on clear days you can spot Mount Everest and other towering Himalayan peaks.
Descend to Panka at around 4,050 m after an 8-km trek.
Overnight camping in Panka.
Awaken to monks’ morning chants before hiking down to Chamgang Village, where your vehicle awaits.
Drive back to Thimphu for lunch.

Enjoy the comfort of your hotel after several nights of camping.
Overnight in Thimphu.
Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
